Hey all, I just flashed to the 3-November ROM and my Touch Pro is hanging at the boot screen. I've tried to search the forum on this (thought I saw someone mention this, but as you can imagine searching on "freeze" doesn't help much!)

I've never had any problems in the past, so this is new. I'm stuck at the startup screen saying "Touch Pro" with my radio and rom versions..

Radio is Sprint 1.12.34F and like I said, I used the NRG 21864 ROM dated 3 Nov.

No, I didn't, since I hadn't had any issues in the past. Am I still able to do this? Since I'm stuck at the boot screen I don't know how I'm going to get my computer to see my phone..

First of all you are in the Touch Diamond thread. May want to head over to the Touch Pro thread for help. Secondly, you can try to put your phone in boot loader by pulling out the usb cable and batter, then put the batter back in, hold down volume down button, then press and hold the power button. This will put it into boot loader and you can load a rom of your choice... just make sure it's a touch pro rom.

... and there you have it. I just realized that I flashed a Touch Diamond ROM to my Touch Pro. Whoa. This is what happens when you flash your device while you're home sick from work. Damn.

Hahaha. We all do it sometime. Back before NRG started CDMA ROMs, (and I was new at this) I once flashed his GSM ROM to my dad's TP. Luckily, I was able to get it to flash again.

You can also put a ROM on a memory card, name it RAPHIMG, then flash from triggered boot loader. I find it easier if I can't get past the boot screen. But that's just me.
