It uses os.nb.payload files. It handles them fairly automatically though, no need to port as it keeps copies of the different OEMXipKernels from different sys builds to use. This kitchen is really setup so that you can have multiple Sys folders, multiple XIPs, multiple languages, etc. I'm still learning it's capabilities and since I downloaded the kitchen Friday, there have been a couple of enhancements.

That's my problem... finding time. I've been playing with it tonight... I have it building 21210 and 21501 fully bootable ROMs no problem finally, but some of my Ext Packages aren't loading or they need to be in the OEM folder instead of Ext Packages. I'm slowly working through just the handful of Pacakges I use... I havn't even started to look at all the OEMs in Calc's kitchen.

Uploading my pre-pre-pre-alpha version... it's 21501 for Diamond. I'm sorting things out with the Packages, a lot of them aren't loading from the EXT folder. But this will get you started with the SYS and ROM folders being intact.

Not as it currently is... but the kitchen is designed to support multiple devices. I started with Da_G's from XDA which is a GSM Raphael and started using the tools within the kitchen to create the Diamond XIP folders and OEM folders. It wouldn't be hard at all to setup for a Touch Pro.

I tried using your Kitchen and I can't get a bootable ROM. I have all XIP, OEM, and SYS selected, and a limited number of EXT packages selected to match my preference. Can you share a .ERV rom file that creates a bootable ROM for you? Thanks.

I'm uploading a newer much more complete kitchen tonight or tomorrow morning. It's based on Calkulin's kitchen. There were some issues with the Ext Packages that was causing some issues that I think I worked out.

Re: ervius Kitchen 5.1 for CDMA Diamond

Here's my latest Alpha... it's more complete and I have the packages split up in categories. I upped the base kitchen to version 5.3 of ervius's kitchen which has some minor enhancements around 6.5. The SYS/OEM/EXT Packages setup is very very alpha and not meant to build a daily ROM on, there are enough bugs in this to make a entomologist happy (ervius's kitchen is actually very stable, but this particular collection needs some work).

Simple instructions...

1. Unzip file
2. Run Erviuskitchen.exe
3a. For a fairly basic ROM (no manila) click on "Load Rom" and then select "Daryel 0.9.erv"
3b. If you want to go through every Package/OEM/detail from scratch, click on Diamond under "Devices". This will load EVERYTHING including duplicates. You MUST go through and select the stuff you don't want.
4. Click on individual items to enable/disable. You can also right-click for group options and other package options.
5. Save ROM (so you can load YOUR customized rom at step 3a above on your next cook).
6. Create ROM - be patient, this will take a couple minutes
7. If there's an error, it will show it to you in the bottom window (the black one)
8. If there's no error, you should get the ROM flashing program come up.

That's about it...

--- Known bugs ---
1. Sounds for Alerts/Notifications are only working for WAV and MP3 files, not sure why WMA's aren't playing.
2. Cab Installs sometimes work, sometimes don't
3. I have not tested Manila at all. I used the OEMs from Calkulin's kitchen, so it will have the same limitations for clock, manila engine, theme combinations.
