The majority are sticking with 6.5 for a reason. It's fast and wayyy better on Battery life. In my opinion, anyway.

WHOA!!! my phone just hard reset by itself for no reason!!! Im flashing a ship rom then re-flashing this one again...

can anyone explain why flashing a ship rom makes this and other crazy stuff like this go away??

I can only guess. Flashing the ship rom includes OS, Bootloader, and Radio. This seems to clear out all the excess gunk. I just accept that it works. It seems especially necessary when going from one sys build to another, and even more necessary with new aku versions (which 21725 is).

I flash to stock almost every new 6.5 build, and have the ship rom on internal storage to make it easy for me.

FYI, when flashing to ship, you don't need to go any further that the first "tap here" screen.

Yeah I kinda figured it clears out all the junk, kinda like long format on a hard drive is what i imagined! lol !

I really enjoyed 2.8 flashing to 2.9 now ... will report back. I really enjoy the stability and speed of your roms Bonz would like to see adobe reader integrated at some point if possible

Thanks. Adobe reader is one of those programs I left out to save space. No one else has requested it since I have been publicly making roms, so I'm leaning pretty heavily toward not including it.

You might want to see if you can search up a cab and just drop it in your Sashimi folder.

OK... here's the deal. The Messenger problem is proving to be one of those annoying bugs that may take me a while to fix.

So... my question is... for guys that are missing access to Messenger on the rom... would a substitute IM app solve this problem for you? If so, which one would you prefer (Beejive, Oz, etc...)?

*edit* BeeJive is supposed to be quite good, although I haven't tried it in a while because I haven't had any need to IM for some time.

*edit* Actually, I'm looking at Palringo possibly. http://www.palringo.com/en/us/

*edit* Next version of the rom will include Palringo. It connects to all the major IM apps, including Messenger and is free you just have to register at their website.

nice job bonz...i'm about to flash my diamond when it finishes downloading....i'm thinkin about goin 21725 on my touch pro how's the sys compare to 21234?
