HTC Diamond Activation Problems with VZW HELP!

Hi guys,

I have an HTC Touch diamond that has been unlocked and flashed with Mighty's Rom. I have the lastest PRL, and also the VZW TP Radio. I followed all the steps to put in on the Verizon network and it all worked fine. I activated it with no problem by dialing *228 and option 3. I then took it off the Verizon network to put back my old phone. Now that I want to reactivate my diamond on the Verizon network again, it won't work let me. I have been doing ALOT of forum reading. It keeps telling me that I can't activate it at the moment and connects me to a VZW agent who says that they see that I had previously activated it however something to do with the ESN. Anyone got any suggestions as to what I can do? or how do I go about activating it again? I haven't changed any of my settings so I don't understand how I can't activate it?
