Any chance you can help edit the DLL files that control the font in the htc menu. I tried pulling the dll file to edit them but it would not let me since they pare of the ROM. Any help on this would be appreciated.

i flashed 1.2 yesterday and tried to extract them but it didnt work. i have the original files (from the cab) and took a look at them yesterday, but i couldnt see where the font settings were (code isnt my strongest point). Ill post them tonight when i get home. plus let me ask calk what he did to get the font the way it was in 1.2

i was fooling around in the registry hklm/software/htc/htcmenus...i was able make the font bigger, unfortunately it didnt change the thickness. although there was an entry pointing it to a font file...maybe you can make it thicker by redirecting it to a font you like

I will take a look at this tonight as well but if you happen to get any feedback from Calk, let us know. Thanks again for the help

i changed the font name to the default one in Windows and that seem to restore the original font. For now that seems to work ok. Thanks

Hey Tersoth ... I finally made the move from 21028 to 21501, and was going to try to change the keyboard highlights from the yellow that you made for me, to the blue of 6.5. Any chance you could teach me how to do that? Thanks.

I figured out what the problem was...i forgot to cook in the font file...thats why it was so skinny. Here is the font file...just unzip it to your /windows directory

Thanks, that did the trick.

Another problem I noticed. It has to do with the calendar. It seems that it does not update the events and change their status from "Tomorrow" to current day when the clock hits midnight. The only way to update that is to either reset or edit/add an event to refresh it. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Anyone knows of a fix. It does update the events throughout a day but not from 1 day to another.

Tersoth, quick question; is there any chance you can create a CAB file to install the default Sprint Clock on your HD ROM. I searched but could not find a CAB file that works on the ROM keeping the multiple calendar days on the home screen. Thanks
