i just ordered a mugen power 3000mha battery for the cdma sprint touch diamond! i cant believe that http://www.seidioonline.com/ does not carry anything close to 3000mha battery for this phone. ITs been out since what october 2008? I also like mugen but come one http://www.seidioonline.com This should make the battery last longer in any rom! Also what is the real differences between this groove rom 6.5 and fufu 6.5 besides some software like incall recorder?

Sedio has dropped the ball with the Sprint (all CDMA) Diamond IMHO, no innocase holster, battery worth buying, alternate battery door colors/style etc.

I miss the options Sedio gave that were so abundant when I had the Mogul.

Me to. They for some reason dont like the diamond i guess. I think it uses the same battery as the fuze and touch pro so only the door would be different i think.

When I enabled this I think I lost the ability to change/use the password. Any fix?

Hmmm,

Darn still looks like weather is broken in build 2 of 6.1 Version.
When you goto select country it shows states.

Weather isn't broken, thats the custom city database. Thats why its sorted by state.

Hmmm, well whenever I try to goto the letters to browse the cities, it goes there.
Then I go to move to the proper city, and it jumps to R for no reason.

upon further inspection, only certain letters do that. like 'l' does it but 'b' does not.

Just use the d pad to select your city. From what I remember it is a known error.

Have anyone had problems listening to music on the no Manila 6.1 Rom? It just stops playing 2 minutes after the screen goes off. It does this with all music players.

It may be necessary to install carrier cabs to get things like internet sharing to work properly:

At this point it is very similar to grooveROM, with updated drivers, and some tweaks. Less HTC stuff too. FingerKbd 2.1 is the only SIP aside from the windows one.

I downloaded Chronic ROM that you linked and it's pretty nice. It runs really smooth, no lock ups or freezes (unless i do something stupid).

When you make your final release, are you going to be putting in the weather app from the last couple grooverom buids? Also, just wondering if you're using picture mail on Chronic? I installed the Sprint picture mail and it doesn't want to work. It tells me that i cannot use it to send text messages, it just wants to send emails. I might need to make sure i have the latest version, but just wanted to ask.

I hardly use picture mail anyway, but today was one of those days where i had to test a customers picture mail and that's when i found that i couldn't send a pic.

Other than that, I'm really digging this ROM. I just make sure to turn the phone face down at work if i need to do a soft reset.
