Re: (03-01-09) Mystery 1.0 (CE OS 5.2.21018 Build 21018)

Hay!! Mystery!! Just wanted to tell you what an excellent job you did with this rom. I just moved over to a Diamond from a Vogue, and yours is the 4Th ROM i've been playing with in the past week or so... Yours is the keeper... No frills, but the essentials, with a little tweaking, and leave the software choices up to the user, just the way i like it! It seems VERY stable... Oh... and i've been watching about 25 minutes of Youtube now with no issues whatsoever.

Thank you!

I was wondering if you removed the file that would keep creating (for example, sprint) network connection after i deleted / let me see if i can explain better/ im with cricKet and i would go and delete the carrier specific connection that is created, and then manually setup a cricket connection with all the cricket info/ then when i close out of connections and try to connect to the internet , the connection that i deleted would pop up and try to connect instead of the cricket one i created.

some roms have this and some dont, the ones that dont just have a generic setting which is easily deleted and doesnt come back.

i guess i would want to know is if u deleted the carrier specific customization?
hope this makes sense

hello Mystery

i can provide u with all the settings that u would need for a cricKet specific rom/ I dont know how exactly or where, one would edit the reg prior to cooking a rom to get the desired settings/ if its not to much of a pain and u can point out what i would have to change i could, take a shot at making the changes in the reg for cricket settings and then give u the edited version to release/ i think its in the xip file or some where like that, that would need to be edited which ive done before, but for something else/ and i believe its easy to do , and if i have any questions i could ask u, and i think we could do this/ i would be willing to make the changes for other carries to, that way your releases could be for all providers/

ill wait to hear from u and see what happens
