Yes, the ## codes work in this ROM, not sure what you are talking about in your second question.

for the ## codes to work i would reflash to sprint official rom 2.0
test ## codes
install latest prl update for sprint or who ever
clear storage after installing sprint rom and also format internal 4gb as well
then install latest prl again
test ## codes
install custom rom

I downloaded your rom and I am running into a couple of issues:
1- The LOCK button on the home screen turns off the screen but does not activate the lock function
2- The battery on this one seems to die really quickly. I mean it went from 100 to 86 in less than 5 minutes and I was not doing anything on it.

I found a great app to condition the battery i would use it about 1 per month....
