ok I have tried everything. I'm on groove rom 12, and when I install the HTC_Album_TP2.cab it knocks my active synce out.... I can remove the program and we are back to square one, but for some reason active synce is says "attentions required" syncronize could not be complete.

The cab works on my phone, at least for facebook... but has anyone had these problems... I have read the whole page and there isn't much on this cab... Please help!

I did install sdkcerts.cab and I tried installing to device and internal storage...none of these combo's worked

Wow I actually experienced this exact same thing -didn't trace it to the album though. Had to hard reset to get it to go away and also had to import my outlook pst into a new file.

yeah i hard reset too, and traced it all the way to this, I usually run sushimi to install all my cabs, but I had to do them 1 by one and use active synce the whole time, it took so much time, but what it boiled down to was this cab... I don't even understand what inside of it would mess with active synce.... anyways hopefully there is a fix or another social networkings cab....

OK it looks like the xt9 mapping files are located inside this file, but it cannot be opend or edited. does anyone have any info on how to, or to even view it.

Are you still talking about the text color. I'm telling you, unless something has changed in the D2 SIP, the text color in in EZinput.dll. This point can be proven by taking one of merdinh's black keyboards, and replace the modified EZinput.dll with the stock one from the TP. Boom -- black letters are back. Try and see..

I installed the latest keyboard without the arrows and added it to my UC and had the same exact problem.... I could not figure out what caused it... I uninstalled the keyboard and, voila, my activesync is back in business...

Something is odd with the new cabs maybe..

I have the same problem but with the diamond 2 keyboard, any of the 3 keyboards install and work fine but my phone won't sync content but when I uninstall the keyboard it syncs fine.

I'm running the new leaked Sprint Rom and I no problem with activesync after installing HTC_Album_TP2.cab, it works fine for me.

I have installed or cooked every package i have posted and never had an issue with any of them.

They shut down the power at my house to do some work but when i get power back I will post two things. The new contact editor and the new mail wizard. I will also be looking for ways to bypass the current ones of those with the new ones.
