Re: [12-18-08] Juicy ROM 4.3 [SYS OS 5.2.20764 Build 20764.1.4.3] [UC]

I am having sound problems as well, soft reset fixes.. I will try and figure out what is causing it. I'm also having the battery issues... I totally discharged the battery tonight, tried to restart phone to make sure it was totally dead, and put it on the charger... will tell you if it is better tomorrow.

as mentioned before, if you're coming from a ROM with a different battery driver, it will need to be "trained" to use the new dll.... and that will take a few cycles.

This problem has occurred over the past few versions that I've used. It isn't just isolated to 4.3. Right now I am running 3.9.

Which, the sound or the battery, as Juicy has already explained the battery. I have had no problems with the sound until 4.3, was on 3.9 before.

I would like to second the sound issues. Coming over from 4.2 and it didnt' have any of the sound problems. Had to reset the phone a few times today.

Just an update... today battery was MUCH better. Like Juicy said, you just have to 'train' the battery drivers after updating.

Juicy, I'm coming form 4.2 version. Do you recommend that I do a fresh install of my third party apps, or can I do an SPB Backup full restore? Thanks!
