Me too =/ Tried flashing back to stock more than once, still get this issue. Funny thing is they play perfectly fine when playing them directly.

Can anyone tell me what manila file is controlling the color of the red SMS and Email notification bubbles? It seems like it should be 36eabe92, but apparently that is not it.

Its the HTC dialer.. I turned it off and the ringtone works again..

Note: even when I manually set the ringtone with the HTC dialer active, incomming phone calls were delayed pretty bad. It only started ringing after about 7-8 rings on my phone when normally its 2-3

Edit: It seems if you turn off the dialer, set the ringtone you want do a soft reset and enable the HTC dialer again (and soft reset again), everything works fine, and there is no delay. I tested this twice.

It is 36eabe92, look in the grey highlights oem and you will see all the colors there, just edit the initflashes file to match the color you want
