yeah, i got the black s2a but the curtain never appears... (even after taking my phone out of sleep once the call is connected, gotta figure out how to keep that from happening now too)

i'm using touchlockpro2.1, look for it in rstoyguy's OEM thread.

the phone shouldn't wake up from just a buttonpress (unless it's the power button) if you get a txt or call it'll wake up though. touchlockpro uses the light sensor, and also will keep the phone locked when a call/txt comes in until you unlock it

ok i did touchlockpro it says enabled...but yet again..when teh phone is sleeping...whatever button i press it turns on........

alright, figured out the no curtain issue. i was messing w/registry keys trying to keep the phone from going to sleep as soon as the call is connected. [HKLM\software\htc\phone\phonelockenable is the curtain] lol

that's really strange...

press the power button so the phone goes to sleep, then wait a few seconds and press it again. the phone screen & buttons should be locked (you can tell by the white square in the upper right-hand corner)

from there you need to touch the capacitive portion of the phone (dpad) 3 times w/in a few seconds, or have enough light on the light sensor for (i believe 3 seconds is the default time, i prefer 750ms)

ok yes the actual screen is locked now with the white box at the top..but the voulme buttons still work...and this is not good because knowing my luck..during meetings the volume will go up and then **** will hit the fan

this is a nice rom..but this is a major problem that might make me have to switch again..i just cant have my phone vulnerable to accidental crap.

are you using volume control 1.6?

i've reverted back to 1.2 b/c of the issues w/the newer version. give 1.2 a try

i think this whole lock thing just isnt working..
i notice it stays lock for only a second..

say its sleeping..and i press the "end call" button..it turns on the screen..the white box is white..then 1 second later it unlocks...

I had that once on an old GrooveROM and, if I remember correctly, a hard reset fixed it.
