mcafee caught this for me too, but not symantec @ work.

quick fix is copying the RUU folder from another kitchen (another of calkulin's or the tc/gf kitchen) and rename "ROMUpdateUtility.exe" to "CUSTOMRUU.exe" and you should be good to go

NOD32 here and Symantec at work have never said anything, it's probably because it extracts files when executed but here's another RUU to flash with

on the alltel baserom, on the home tab of manilla theres a white box in the area where there is normally the alltel logo. the white box is a bit larger than the actual logo is, but im still guessing there is a missing file. it was like this on both my initial flash and after a hard reset

nice ROM. I"ve been playing with it since this afternoon. The only thing that I can't figure out is on teh People tab, the left softkey says Contact instead of All People and it won't open iContact. Any suggestions? This is pi**ing me off as I cant' figure it out....

I am loving 3.4 so far. Everything seems to be working great. Thanks again for all the hard work. I love your ROMS.


One thing though on 3.3 after screwing around with a couple different manilla files, I ended up with one looking like the spint version only with the Alltell black flip clock. I don't know if I did this or what, but I liked the way it looked, is there any way to get it looking like this again?

I must of deleted that file by mistake, just put this file in the Windows directory

Some things I noticed: (19974)

- When using buildOS and selecting the tp keyboard you get an error when compiling.
- Neon Manila gives you a big white box instead of a logo.
- When my alarm goes off, the screen does not give me option to dismiss.
