I've skimmed back several pages, but I can't see anything about the naitive Youtube app not working.
I just get 'Error this video cannot be played.'

I've been running the rom for a month and only just noticed, guy I need to goof off work more and watch youtube video's... whan I get the app working that is.

What a coincidence, I JUST finished troubleshooting this. I found this post in this thread:

It contains a CAB that makes the following 2 changes to the registry:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\HTC\YouTube
BandWidth="1"
EnableMDP" value="0"

I also installed YouTube from this cab:

And I also installed the Omnia D3D drivers that are in the ROM but try the registry changes before doing anything else, that is probably all you need to get it working.

On to new question, and im pretty sure its been fixed but I cant find it...so is there a was to exit a program by pressing the x button instead of just minimizing it? What do I have to cook in?

The start menu saves all data through scrolling. This makes it nearly impossible to see things correctly.

This is the only problem I've had with this ROM; I have not hard reset, but I have soft reset. I will likely hard reset and/or try other ROMs like "Obviously Stable" and IcedStock, because now I'm wondering if Manilla is a good idea (I love the Weather tab without a doubt and Stock tab).
