[ Discontinued ][ v4.2 ][ 6.5.x / 6.5 / 6.1 ] Calkulin's Visual VGA Kitchen & ROMs

Anybody notice very sluggish behavior with Opera 9.7 in 6.5.1/23064. I usually flip thru many ROM builds and noticed that the latest 23064 and 23069 have very slow/sluggish behavior when bringing up web pages. When I was on 6.5.1/23420, Opera is very fast. I bounced back/forth between these three builds just to check consistency, and same result each time.

This Spb ROM is the best. I am a longtime intxrom junkie and thought I would try a new ROM. Unless someone can turn my phone into a Diamond2 - I am staying here. Thanks

I am trying to put together my own ROM. I downloaded Calkulin's Kitchen and I downloaded a seperate sys from Calkulin as well and put it in the sys folder. When I open the kitchen it finds the new sys but the XIP is not changed. Where do I get the XIP so it shows up in kitchen?

A question about keyboards. If want to use Nikoan89's 2.2 EZInput without manilla, what do I need to do to be able to switch from (for example) full qwerty to compact qwerty? I remember getting it to work a while ago, but a couple builds back I tried it and it didn't work - all I could select was full qwerty when I held down the keyboard button to bring up the SIP selection menu.

In order to run Compact Qwerty you need to update the biotouch.dll - attached you will find a cab that Calk put up previously to make it work.

i think so too, and it's not all that worth it. i guess i could increase the PagePool...

Is any reg key to disable "text msg not sent"pop up?I deleted toastbordertheimage and bubblebordertheimage keys.They helped for vogue ,but not for diamond with 6.5 21867?I searched,but can not find anything.
