How is everyone handling call answering on the 6.5 without the htc dialer?

having a dialog box popup when the phone aint locked to answer a call is lame, does anyone have any other solutions they would like to share?

I have been using the HTC Dialer. Looks nice and clean compared to the WM one, and all the functions I've used still works (not sure why everyone is moving away from it).

having the htd dialer with the canvas causes issues with the ringers and device lock. Also 6.5 and the htc dialer fight on an incoming call and both get displayed.

Is it possible to have the wm6.5 semi transparant taskbar in wm6.1 ROMs? If so, what is needed to do so?

Re: [ Apr 22 \ 5.2.21501 v4.6.3 ] Calkulin's Kitchen v1.6 & ROMs

im going through this crazy cycle. flash stock, flash 6.5, soft reset and it freeezes and there is no rom image. flash back to stock, flash back to 6.5. after i flash there is not a wallpaper on boot, and im pretty sure the blue water drop is the wallpaper that should show up. i have no freaking idea what is going wrong, but its like my phone dont want 6.5 on it, cause if i flash an older kitchen it works....any idea what is going on?

This is because you're loading Tmail.exe at boot. Remove from HKCU/Software/HTC/BootLoader/Apps

Or better yet just don't select the Preload Apps from the kitchen. It's likely not necessary and minimizes the number of processes running at startup.
