That's awesome! Its smoking even with the Black manila? I have tried it and it seems very sluggish. I think that is because the theme file is almost twice the size of the alltel one.

I notice when i got to the Deleted folder in SMS it gives only 50 messages at a time but constanly flashes 50/51 msgs at the bottom and it keeps scrolling down to the bottom of the list when I try to scroll up. And after I hit delete all it says 0 msgs but then starts flashing numbers and it counts back up to 50 and i have to keep deleting them in rounds of 50 -_-.

Later I found out if I hit Menu>toos>Empty Deleted Items it will do the same thing but I wont have to wait for it to find the next 50 recent messages.

Possible Fix: ?
The other day I was messing around with the registry and found in HKCU\software\Microsoft\Inbox\smstxt it has MaxDeletedMsgs and the value was set to 50, so i have changed it to 500.
I didn't know if anyone knew this so I'm just sharing.

I'm all for a faster ROM it's the only thing this phone is lacking at this point.

lol forget sprint, im ready for a 6.5 rom. Its nice to have a rom cooker of conclippers caliber focusing on us alltel folks

The speed is not noticable compared to a Conflipper,Mightymike,Juicy 6.1 rom and 6.5 still has some bugs :-)

Couldn't be more accurate; take away Con's awesome efforts and what is there for Alltel? We're left as the afterthought of some cook who's trying to gain some (pointless) ground on the 'competition' by including Alltel carrier settings in one build or another -- but nothing custom tailored and managed like Con's stuff.

6.5 by itself isnt faster,but it if con does to it,what he does to 6.1,then it will be incredible. Plus the new home screen plug in is less resource intensive then tf3d,and i like it abit more. its a matter of choice ofcoarse, but tf3d is designed to look pretty and make a business class phone compete with the iphone. The new interface for 6.5 is designed to do the same thing, but also focused on improving performance of the device.
