I know what you mean... I have to go to keypad then back to call status for it to respond.

(dont remember who made it, there were like 4 different people putting these out when the leaked sprint rom came out.) |

Yeah, I'd vote to take it out too.

The in call slider screen sucks..I agree with you guys on that! But...it has prevented a couple of issues I had without it. I no longer have my cheek creating notes, or looking up contacts, or ending calls, or muting me! I don't know if anyone else had these problems but it was very annoying. I know that since Con has put this feature in his ROM, answering calls and ending calls seems to have some short delays...but I still like the slider.

I agree, the delay is worth it to not mute my calls or other stuff that my cheek does randomly as I talk to people

I vote to keep the slider. It also keeps me from answering calls in my pocket.

Re: 1/12/09 Conflippers Alltel UC ROM (5.2.20759 Build 20759)
How about we take it out of the ROM. Then post a .cab for it with the next ROM.
That way people who want it can install it. I like it. But if it can get the bugs out of it then I would keep it. Otherwise I can just hit the power button to turn off the screen so no accidental button presses will happen. |
