If I were you, I'd stick with whatever version you're running right now. 3.8 has just a few minor bugs and knowing Juicy, by the time you flashed 3.8 and got it set up just the way you wanted, he'd release 3.9 and you'd have to do the process all over again. Juicy's a machine and will be releasing 3.9 soon I believe (more like I have faith and it will be a good, stable rom). Just my opinion. I'm still running 3.7 and am very pleased with it but am crossing my fingers waiting for 3.9.
