I found them posted by Elvelynn at xda at this link called black blue:

basically I just copied and pasted the black blue files into the windows folder. but also read the instructions, because you have to edit a file that should already be in your windows folder so that the globe on the internet page also shows the blue highlight.

I have the globe file and also the .reg entries to make the start menu and task manager blue and then the files to make the clock white again if you need them. But that's after you paste the black blue files found on xda into the windows folder. its really not that hard, but pm me if you need help or want those files.

i liked the vista orb too........hmmm, don't think it'll be a deal breaker with ROM selection though...

I have the vista orb that you can just drop into the windows folder. it works on the tp fine, i assume it will on juicy on your diamond.

I believe the quickGPS resolution is a bit off, unless you fixed it. There's a white bar.
