Alrighty, building a clean ROM (no apps or extras) with the Telus Manila. Gonna try it out and and install my standard apps and configuration settings to give a ROM made with this kitcehn a road test tomorrow.

Juicy, what needs to be done to cook the updated D3D driver into a ROM? I'd like to cook it into a ROM made with this kitchen.

Exclamation Kitchen And 20924

KITCHEN AND 20924

These are the problems I found so far:

Settings>Power>Backlight> UNSELECTING AUTO ADJUST and playing with the selectors does not adjust the brightness

When using the kitchen, unselecting Advanced Config, SPB Screenshot and QuickGPS will still cook them and put them in the device anyway.

I have also tried the GPS with google maps and live search AND HAND NO PROBLEMS, but I did not install the reg tweaks. I will try it as soon as I convert it to a .cab and install it in the device. If I have any problems I will post it to update my findings.

I had the problem even without the reg tweaks. Wish I knew why I was the only one. I hard reset and I completely re installed the rom. 20924 no matter what I did still caused the phone to reboot when using the GPS...weird. Well, it's working just fine with 20921 so ..we'll see what happens with teh next changes.

Would the pagepool have anything to do with it? I ran a dynamic page pool....

I am going to download the rom again and flash one more time....it's odd that only this rom gave me issues and that I was the only one that had them.

Ya hehe I guess it is. If there were more people with the same problem I would not care but I am the only one...that bothers me

Since you are running the 20921 now, which have you liked the best so far?
