Need help with backing up all the settings after each flashing!

now that most of us are flashing so often...
backup for contacts and schedules are taken care by the MS Outlook, and setting for Opera favorites i learned to save the opera6.adr...

now what about all other settings? how do u do it?
contact fovorites (16 of them every time...lol)
hotmail & gmail accounts
weather city selections
favorite programs
.....

thanks for your rom, I like it a lot. is there any way we can remove the second today? I have problem changing the start menu to the large style and I can not remove the tf3d tabs with the advanced configuration tools.

The large Start Menu is not included in the ROM therefore you cant change it i will add it to future builds if you guys thing is worth it.

As far as removing the the tabs you have to be using "Diamond TF3D Config Setup v0.6.7 but if you install the "Sprint calendar tab" it will not work is either or. you would have to unistall the calendar cab file first and then remove the other tabs you did not want.

here is the TF3D tool to utilize.

I usually utilize SPB backup that way it saves everything and then to restore you select "ROM Upgrade" is really nice application.

Other people have suggested Sashimi and Makisu.

I'm glad you guys liked it.

This first ROM was meant for personal use but now since you guys wanted new updates well it helps you and me so enjoy and if you encounter any Rom bugs at all please report them so corrections are made.

did you add the battery enhancement tweaks to this new rom? if not, I can use the 3 in 1 cab with battery, tethering, and roam only. Also, is is possible to add a large menu cab to this rom? I know you mentioned that it wasnt part of it but I wasnt sure if there was a cab to do this after flashing.

sorry one last question, on v1.3, when i used sprint tv the accelemeter didnt change to full screen in landscape like on the stock rom, does this version do this. I did notice the option to select full screen, but wondering if it was possible to just turn the phone in landscape to get full screen viewing.

battery enhancement tweaks are included in the rom. I don't remember seeing anything about a cab for large start menu but I can try and make one or find one.

EDIT:

I think I got it. Install the CAB and then do a Soft reset. This makes it permanent until you uninstall the CAB.

The one that says not permanent all you have to do is install all both CABS and then do a Soft reset.
To toggle the settings go to Start~> settings~> Large Start menu. Enjoy!!!
