Hey guys,
How do I use the Voice Command feature with ROM.
The long press of the talk key just rotates the screen into landscape mode. Thanks for any pointers.

Thanks, I think I'll go back to stock on this file. I found the low speaker volume frustrating on stock, but now every time I make a phone call its on the full volume, the only way I don't get echo is to have it on the absolute lowest setting, and I have to adjust it every time.

quick question. I flashed to a custom rom, (juicy) and i see in the communications manager , "beam" what is this for? IR?

Hi,

I haven't read through the past 20 pages since the release of 2.5; so apologies if this issue has been raised already.

First off, ActiveSync is not shown in the drop down taskbar, or the settings->taskmgr, but I believe it's still running? It has happened to me 3-4 times already where my emails do not get delivered to me unless I reboot the phone, or hit send/rcv. My schedule is set to as items arrive.

Help?

You don't. The default action in this rom for talk key long press is set to rotate screen.

Go to settings->buttons and change the 'Assignment' to the right of the Send key button value to "Voice Command" from <Rotate Screen>.

IR and Bluetooth. IR isn't present in the Diamond, so Bluetooth only.

It happens sometimes. A soft reset while it happens has fixed it for me. I guess it's some weirdness regarding where the pictures are stored etc and when the File Explorer pulls it, it doesn't really poll for proper file location.

But yeah, soft reset during the deed fixed it for me.
