so how many people are not recieving picture mail, or having problem with picture mail? and the people that are having this problem did you have the problem with 2.4.1?

does anyone know what areas of backup are needed for the weather locations + program selections + Opera Bookmarks? Those are the only 3 things I'm having trouble getting backup to work smoothly w/o overwriting the changes in the rom update.

Juicy I was wondering if there was anyway that you could add shut down option in your next rom? I have a cab file for it but just thought it would be something to make a good rom even better.. Just an idea.. Let me know what you think.. Thanks..

I have Sprint Picture mail working fine on Juicy rom 2.5. If someone needs the cab, PM me your email.

when you recieve a pic message does it come in a form of link over the internet or does the picture just show up on your phone? also do you get voice with the picture if it was added.

I have Sprint Picture mail working on 2.5 and it also worked on 2.4.1. When I first received the Diamond and I was on the stock rom it came as a link. I had to talk to advanced tech support for them to change some provisioning settings (granted, it took 2-3 reps to find one that actually knew what to do) and that still didn't work. But I did read somewhere that they had the rep delete picture mail from their account, and then add it right back. For whatever reason that worked. My login was still there, they just took off the picture mail addon that you see when you login (for a couple of minutes and then added it right back on).

Now if it was working correctly before the flash then I'm not sure. I too have the cab if you need it.

I found this is because of the new audiopara3.csv file. If you go here http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...AudioPara3.csv you can find the stock one which I have experienced no echo with. Just drop it into your windows folder. Every person I talked to with the new version said they could hear themselves so maybe it's how we hold the phone or maybe we just have a better speaker then the rest. There's really no difference other then the stock is a bit quieter- and I can still hear everything. If I have the stock on full volume it hurts my ear so to each their own.

When I receive a pic message it shows the pic. Its not a link. If you receive a link, its not working. When you get a pic message you should get a camera icon on the task bar right next to the EV icon.

Why don't you just use the weather database editor and add it yourself? That's what I did.
