just to clarify, its not ppcgeeks fault... they were forced to remove it

we'd hafta beg Juicy to include this application, only on the sprint version, (since it would be pointless for telus users)
AND Juicy would have no way of testing the application since he's telus...

does anyone know what areas of backup are needed for the weather locations + program selections + Opera Bookmarks? Those are the only 3 things i'm having trouble getting backedup

Re: * UPDATED * [10/12/2008] JUICY ROM 2.5 [Full CE OS 5.2.20755][TELUS][Sprint]

Hey, for those of you still using 1% battery meters I really think you are just driving yourself mad looking at the battery icon. The past two days I have had 20% juice at the end of the day, power cycled and the first day ended up with 30% after the power cycle and today ended up with 40% (that's no plugging in, just turning the phone off and on). Using Juicy's rom that's at least an 11% discrepancy depending on rounding (24% - 35%). So if your phone is about to crash just save and powercycle- maybe get another couple hours out of it!

Anyway thanks for making my phone stable Juicy! Fantastic Work!

In order for Sprint picture mail to work, you have to load picture mail and click "NEW". The app should then conect to sprints network and configure itself and everything should be working. If you are still receiving a link instead of the actual picture, you need to call Sprint and have them reprovision your account.

Re: * UPDATED * [10/12/2008] JUICY ROM 2.5 [Full CE OS 5.2.20755][TELUS][Sprint]

Hi Juicy,

I am using 2.5 for Sprint currently, but I wanted to report an issue I am having. While in a phone call, if I have the volume up all the way my callers say they can hear an echo. I have to press the down volume twice to get rid of it. I'm not sure if others are experiencing it, but I thought I would get that out there.

BTW, my second day on 2.5 (yesterday) worked for 17 hours, 30-45 minutes of talk, 10-15 text messages, 4 picture messages and was still at 20%. I'm loving this rom!!!

edit: usually I would have to put my phone on the charger after 8 hours max...

The echo effect is usually caused by the volume being too loud. The person on the other end can hear their own voice because the sound travels from the speaker to the mic on short phones like the Diamond, hence when you turned the volume down, they couldn't hear the "echo"

I understand why it went away when I turned it down, I was just wondering why there was a tweak to make it louder if it causes an echo. I was just wondering.

so you can hear the caller better if they are too quiet. you can always turn the volume down if they are too loud.
