I turn off the phone sleeping (screen does not turn off while on the phone) using Diamond Tweak. This tweak no longer works in 2.6.

This, along with the inability to remap the TF home screen buttons with 2.6 are deal breakers for me.

2.6 has some great improvements, but I think I am gonna have to roll back to 2.5 for the time being.

was that ever working... as far as i knew the device never went to sleep when placed by your ear in call tweak enabled or not

mine also freezes up when i go back to portait after landscape, all programs.

Any fix for that?

I have noticed a couple things with 2.6, firstly, when I use a bluetooth headset I have only gotten Voice command to initialize once. I have tried 3 different bluetooth headsets and it didnt make a difference. Also, I cant answer calls with my headset. I see the incoming call but there is no headset icon, and I cant answer it with the headset. Button clicks just hang the call up. If I answer by clicking answer on the phone then I am talking through the handset. My battery life has been horrible. I went from using the 1.03.03 radio and telus stock rom and getting a full days use from the device to, I installed the rom at 10am with a full battery and by 1:30 it was complaining about needing to be recharged. I made one phone call (20 minutes) sent about 10 text messages and set up the UI. I am also having a problem with text message notifications at the top of the screen not dissapearing once I have read them. Just now, I tried to wake the phone up.. and everything was in reverse.. Like I was looking at it in a mirror.

I was looking forward to squeezing a little more battery power out of my Diamond, I hope someone else can perhaps tell me what I am doing incorrectly? or what could be changed to make these problems dissapear!

I'm not sure if it matters but I should add I am still using the 1.03.03 radio and that I am on Telus.

I'd bet there is one coming. Juicy is really good at either fixing or explaining why something is the way it is. I'm guessing something will pop up before the end of the weekend.
