thats not the shipped rom. Here is the correct Sprint one:

Already tried that. Twice actually. I'm gonna flash back to shipped first this time. I'm sure that'll fix it. Thanks though!

Out of habit I flashed to stock before flashing 4.7 this morning and did two hard resets afterward. Guess I didn't do it "hard" enough
