ya my clock kills it too, but you can use the dpad to scroll down the screen if you want. I wonder if we could figure out which file in a sprint clock is disabling this functionality...

I think what you are looking for is this..

HKEY_CURRENT_USE\ControlPanel\SIP\TURNOFFAUTODEPLO Y

Value 1 prevents it from auto deploy, 0 allows auto deploy of keyboard.

just wanted to point out a problem I've had with 4.2 and 4.3..right after flashing the rom, texting has an issue. Whenever I send a message it will stay in the outbox and it will keep sending to the same person..the only fix i've found is to hard reset, then it's fine.

I really feel like the stylus problem should be able to be fixed in the registry. Mike has started to use some of the same Touch Pro registry settings on the diamond. For instance, the auto keyboard pop-up is set to off now because touch pro users would never want that feature. Just a guess, but seems possible.

Semi-common issue with aftermarket ROMs like this.
Make sure that when you hard reset, use the Clear Storage [1234] method, otherwise the problem returns after a while.
I don't know why it works better, but it does.

This White Flip clock at the bottom of this post seems to work for me, the other one I was using did not.

My thoughts exactly.

I've been looking around in there but all I found was in
HKLM\ControlPanel\Stylus, which had nothing helpful.

Perhaps someone who is more registry literate can find the setting?
