PPCGeeks - [ROM] [FINAL] [06.26.09] MightyROM4 w. OEM BASE Included

This option enables the menu which allows you to choose between Hybrid, EVDO only or 1X only:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\OEM\PhoneSetting

"HiddenModeOperationPage" change 1 to 0

 

Now go to: Start Ã* Phone Ã* Menu Ã* Options Ã* Services tab Ã* tap ModeOfOperation Ã* tap Get Settings Ã* change to 1xRTT or EVDO

Let me know if this works.

did as previously told on flashin shipped, format all that and she's still freezing and needing to hard reset as it freezes at diamond boot screen :( i wanna might 5 its so beautiful and i was getting used to not using tf3d!!! someone help me plz

kidFromBigD - yeah, I've known about that regedit, and it works fine. However, at minimum, that registry key should be set that way by default in the ROM. Better yet would be to have some handy toggle switch in a more accessible place - I think I've seen ROMs with a 3G switch in Comm Manager (which would be ideal).

EPST works on 4 as well.

Mike - this 4/R3born build is absolutely epic. I've been hammering it hard, and no problems whatsoever. Smooth as silk.

am i the only one not being able to get wm 6.5 to run stable without having to hard reset because it freezes at the first boot screen?? i can get into to wm 6.5 n run it but after awhile she gives up and then i gotta start from scratch again!! back to 6.1 i go ](*,)

I've got the same issue with Windows Media causing my phone to soft reset. The FM Radio does the same thing. I'm on 4.8 on a Sprint device. Otherwise, this ROM completely rocks. Thanks for all the hard work making this happen!

same thing here, with calcu and mighty both freeze up after a while on 6.5, then won't even allow for a clean install. Have to flash to stock and then back to mighty to get it working again. No issues whatsoever on R3born, including latest beta.
