Sounds like you should try flashing back to stock.

Did you use PIM backup also? A while back I had that same issue with another Rom where touchFlo was looping. Might have nothing to do with it, but i also used Pim backup at that point. I went to stock and then came back to mighty 4.4.5 and was alright after that.
