getting ready to flash 4.7, but does anyone know how I can get rid of my old VZW stock ROM splash screen at startup? Also I'm getting a msg saying palringo.exe can not be found since uninstalling it (every time I soft reset)

Flashing to Mike's ROM will get rid of anything STOCK on the phone. AS for your error message, it'll get rid of that too.

Heres a new bug from 4.7... my phone keeps sending duplicates of old txt msgs to peoples phone, this didn't happen 4.6

Thanks for the reply...I just ran sprite backup and will be flashing the new rom now, any tips on how to restore the backup without messing with the new ROM?

A backup, is a backup.

There's nothing really to it. It's just backing up data, contacts, etc. Nothing really specific to the ROM that will restore anything unwanted.

Mike's ROMs have PIM Backup pre-loaded, you'll have to install sprite onto the rom before you can restore the backup file.

Ok i'll admit it.........i went to Groove from 4.6......but......im so glad i tried 4.7......man it runs great thank you so much for the hard work! no complaints!
