Which browser are you using? I have had problems with links before with Internet Explorer, Ive never had any problems with Firefox.

Just tested downloading 4.6 with FireFox. Downloaded and extracted without error. Must be your system or ISP.

/me is wondering if I should stay up tonight to see if 4.7 drops? w00t epic!
