Please advice.

Check out my rom tutorials link. Then Add/Remove Programs. That will guide you through the process, and a kitchen is linked in the first post.

My only issue right now is that I'm seeing the KB glitch that is being reported on Juicy's ROM where the last character pressed is being repeated when the KB is closed.
It also seems like the gsensor, or whatever is rotating the screen, is waaaay sensitive. [I seem to have fixed that by calibrating it.]
For some reason, the default setting had vibrate on any button push selected. I changed that.
I'll reflash in a second if this KB issue gets fixed.
GREAT JOB!
I look for a some settings in the programs and I don't find anything. It's some reg edit for stop the vibration when push the buttons?

Re: How To: Kitchens

Apparently my search abilities are lacking... sure this has been asked before, but... are the Diamond and Touch Pro kitchens compatible? If not why? If so to what extent and if any, do modifications need to be made to kitchen files...

Simply, can I use a touch pro rapheal kitchen to cook roms for my diamond?

Re: How To: Kitchens

You have to replace the OEM files (folders in the OEM folder that say OEM) with ones for the correct device and port the SYS and XIP/Base, then you should be good.

Re: How To: Kitchens

Is there a section here about using the User Customization [UC] in creating ROMs? I know there is a thread about it at XDA, but I think it would be valuable to have something about it here as well. If not a part of this thread, then maybe a new thread just for UC?
I'm still a little fuzzy about whether it is only for use in Kitchens or if it can be used with one of the pre-made ROMs, or both.
I'd probably flash a lot more if I didn't have to always redo my customizations and reinstall all of my software. Not sure if that's a good thing...

Re: How To: Kitchens

Ah, thanks so much for making this kitchen! Works perfectly on my Sprint touch diamond. I finally have some room to install apps. One thing I did notice is the tethering option seemed to not work with sprint so I had to use a different one. But that is the least of my worries. Again thanks to all that made this great kitchen.

Re: How To: Kitchens

Which tethering option?

Wmodem? If yes, then you shouldn't use it anyways. When you connect your phone it should give the option to connect to Internet Sharing, and that's what you want.
