Re: How To: Kitchens
Nice kitchen, exactly what I was looking for. Great work guys.
The only issue I have identified thus far is the startup sound playing twice. I have built two roms and both have had this problem. Can anyone else confirm they see this? I am testing with a Sprint Diamond. Cheers! |

Re: How To: Kitchens
We know about the issue. Delete HTC animation folder in the oem pack. Should be fixed for 1.06

Re: How To: Kitchens
Hi Tobeychris,
Great software (Kitchen). Thank you. One other thing not working is Sprint picture mail. Also, is there a way we can add our own software to the OEM so it get bundeled with the ROM build (e.g. Like to add Cyberon Voice dial, slingbox, and pocketquotes). |

Re: How To: Kitchens
Picture mail is working, the account just doesn't show in the account picker. If you tap picture mail in programs it won't budge.
If you tap a picture and hit send it will default to Outlook (in my case). If you select options (right soft key), send picture mail is the first selection. Incoming mail works the same. Sending is just a little different. Edit: this has to be sent through the pics and videos program which is troublesome. Edit 2: reinstall the picmail .cab and everything is fixed. Re: How To: Kitchens
I have downloaded the " Diamond Kitchen. ( 1.02 ), OEM Package. ( 1.05 ), SYS Package. ( 20748d ).
I follow the instruction... extracting the diamond kitchen into a new folder and after that, extracting the OEM & SYS package into the SAME folder... When I double click on Build my ROM... I can see a MS-Dos windows...waiting for the OSBuilder. BUT, Have got a error like : "The application failed to initialize properly"... I immediatly jump to Pagepool and after that...to ROMUpdate... Someone can Help me ? Thx! Last edited by frankdrebin; 09-27-2008 at 04:29 PM. |

Re: How To: Kitchens
when I imported a cab file (resco file exploer) and ran OEMizer. it created a new OEM folder at the same level as "Diamond Kitchen" folder, not inside.
within this OEM, there is anther folder "zzzzzOptional_Personal" which contains all Resco installation files. should I move this "zzzzzOptional_Personal" into the orignal OEM folder inside "Diamond Kitchen" folder? under OEM Info, there is a check box "use fffff in GUID" what are these "fffff" for? do I need those. thanks Last edited by foxnews; 09-30-2008 at 02:28 AM. |
