Any ideas from juicy47 or juggalo_x? im sorry to keep pestering about this, i have no idea what settings could have been written to firmware that would stay regardless if i flash a new rom.
before i go get me some fast food, i'll say this,
i'm doin real well with speed, i mean REAL well... just did 1340kbps with 0.2latency @dslreports... i highly recommend the dcd carrier cab... maybe even a reflash of the rom if you seem to have issues... maybe i just got lucky. i dunno

i'll be back later.

Re: [09/22/08] Juicy ROM 2.1 [TELUS & SPRINT]

My speeds are consistantly over 1000 kbit/sec on www.dslreports.com/mspeed using the 1MB test. My latency is usually around 0.190s. My speeds increase when using PDANet on my laptop with my Diamond tethered...pretty solid @ 1500 kbit/sec then. This is, of course with the Juicy 2.1 ROM.

% battery

How do you disable/ replace the % battery status bar? I'm trying to create a theme and the green really sticks out.

Any help appreciated

Re: [09/22/08] Juicy ROM 2.1 [TELUS & SPRINT]

My Mogul was so slow, I couldn't even load the text version of BBR or the default Sprint page @ Home. But this was not the case everywhere, @ work I got 1400-1800.

The Diamond reflects similar results.

This was not the case about a month ago. I was getting the same speed @ Home as @ work. I thought it was the phone, and so did Sprint Tech support. But it seems there are issues in my area, if I go outside and around the block, I get really decent speeds.. 2 more towers scheduled to be added in my area end of the year and early next year..

Wonder what they did.. 09-13-08 tech told me EVDO was reported out in my area. 08-12-08 and 08-20-08 there were issues but resolved.. This is what the tech told me was reported in the area..

Hmm.. And I thought it was just coz I hadn't put down the phone pretty much the entire day. Anyhow, do you anticipate a new ROM for the fix or a CAB or something? Also Is the ROM (2.1) UC compatible?

Are you guys referring to the light sensor for the auto dimming of the backlight?
