Telus roams on bell towers so you could have been roaming and not even know it because it wont show the roam symbol on the bell towers.

I don't think Bell has too much for towers around here... I'm almost positive that the Edmonton area is all Telus....

I could be wrong... theres a first time for everything...

That definitely fixed it! Is this something specific to Sprint phones? If so, looks like a nice fix to go in the Sprint version of the ROM

im glad i fixed it. this will be included on both telus and sprint roms. as plus code dialing is used for international calls.

it was a registry setting that was left over from the GSM boys. THANKS for your feedback.

thanks ghetto, talk about not being grateful that some one els is customizing a rom for them rather then having to go through this them selves. do you think its a cake walk to pinpoint and fix errors caused when making and cooking custom roms? no its not. let me tell you Juicy and my self have been working until 2-3 AM almost every night fixing issues for you guys. show some thanks and help us with some constructive bug reports and not crying a river.

I'm running the 1.1 on my Sprint Diamond and the battery life is killing me. I unplugged it at full charge at 830am. I've sent probably 50-100 texts, checked the weather twice and made one call that lasted 55 seconds and I'm at 45% battery. I've also ran the diamond tweak app to help with battery life. Is this normal or what? Should I try out 2.0? I'm really confused on what could be eating the battery. I don't use BT and have the beams set to off. Other than battery life though, 1.1 is crazy fast compared to stock. Just hate having to recharge under very light use. I couldn't imagine what it would be like when I use gps or surf.

Please wait for 2.1 its including some fixes that will drastically help battery. there was a roaming issue that was overlooked by accident in the 1.1-2.0 rom.
