I keep getting Error[262] when trying to upload the ROM. Any idea what can be done.

Sorry for probably asking Newbiest question out there

Edit: Its a connection error. Before i start activesync is connected and everything is working fine, once the installation gets to bootloader screen ActiveSync programm closes on my destop PC and never reconnects. Progress bar never moves past 0%. Easy Recovery since nothing gets changed.
