I'm trying to relock my phone and get it back to stock to return it to the store..... My vibrate function no longer works...

any help woudl be greatly appreciated.
hey,

I got to be honest, I had the exact same thing happen before. Lost vibration, so I flashed back to the shipped rom. tried to relock the phone, and it would not let me do it. No matter what I did, it would error out. So I ended up flashing the shipped rom and sending it back and they didn't say anything at all. I know this probably doesn't help much but I wanted you to know they probably wont even notice.

Re: How To: Unlocking, Relocking, and Flashing

well that really sucks..

I followed the steps for relocking to a T.... Maybe I shouldnt have flashed a STOCK rom before relocking!?

If anyone can help me get my phone back to the way it was (i dont even care about the damn vibrate) I'd be in your debt!

Re: How To: Unlocking, Relocking, and Flashing

Look at the first page and click on the links of what an unlock and locked phone's SPL look like. Then look at yours, and tell us which one it is.

Both Unlocked and Locked phones will say 'Security Unlocked' at the top.

The difference is if your SPL says 0.57.CMONEX or not.

The first step is actually figure out if you're still unlocked

My SPL says:

DIAM500
SPL-0.62.0000
MicroP-Diam (LED) vB
PSOC Diam STAGE_EVT v20

I'm gonna take a stab in the dark here and say it's NOT unlocked anymore.

So, I took a shot and ran the unlocker, and I get a com error. The Update utility puts the phone into bootloader, but wont go p***** 0%. It keeps timing out and going through the recovery steps....

any suggestions thus far?

Yes, I do have .net framework installed too...

I'm sending my diamond in for repairs tomorrow.........1 month without it. Hopefully there's killer development in 6.5 while she's away!

Who's your carrier? Your lack of English suggests that you might have a GSM phone, and you're screwed.

Re: How To: Unlocking, Relocking, and Flashing

I am patiently waiting for an Unlock on a Verizon Touch Diamond. Anybody aware of any development on this? If I can help out with it I will...

Re: How To: Unlocking, Relocking, and Flashing

I'm would also like to see a Verizon Diamond unlocker as well. I tried the other diamond unlocker ruus, but always get "invalid model id" after the progress bar starts.
