Re: Lite O.a.T. ROMs | Because lite & O.a.T.s are good for you. | Updated Nov. 21, 20

Hey OAT,

Just wanted to thank you for your last ROMs. I am running Sense 2.5.2016 on the 23541 (6.5.5) ROM. Everything is great. This is the fastest, most stable, least problematic OS I have had in quite sometime on this phone.

I am sticking with a Windows OS because there is still software that runs on this OS that will never likely be ported to Android and certainly not iPhone. Try running ArcPad or TerraSync, two professional GPS mapping programs on anything else.

Just wanted to thank you again and Happy Holidays!!

Cheers

O.a.T.,
18th December had reach,

I really want to say thank you for all your great ROMs. I pretty know you had spend a lot of your time in this work, a lot of research and test time you spend to make your great ROMs. I really think that you have exceeded all what we imagine that our HTC Diamonds CDMA will get/reach. It has been a long road, with a lot of curves and hills but at the end I really hope you have enjoy so much as we do with your ROMs. As my signature say, the important it is the process them-self that you live through the road and not just to reach a goal. After every goal you reached there are more and more goals you can then see in that point when you reach that last goal. So the process to grow, improve, overcome is what really matter and even you had good feelings and emotion when you achieve a goal the process, to enjoy the process, make it as fun as you can, it is what really make your life happy and not only the ephemeral "goal times" .
As I had said before WE OWE A LOT TO YOU, and Anything we can do for you will be a pleasure to do. Again a lot of thanks my friend.
I want to wish you have a happy holidays with all your family, enjoy this time together with all the relatives and best wishes for next year.

Sincerely Best Wishes from Sabroso

3. Is still the android phone to have. It's the best one that HTC makes for Sprint. Wait for the Shift 4G though- that's my plan.

I've been studying UI's and design for a while now and I can definitely say that Sense for Android is the best UI out there......
A lot of thanks Another Drunk NPC,
Yeah I really like more HTC SENSE UI, the only better thing I can see on the DroidX is that the EXTRA tall (higher) pixel are use to leave the "TOP STATUS BAR" always show and not hide everytime you open something in the EVO. Nevertheless, my old man receive an offer from Verizon to get the DroidX just for $99 dollars with 2year renew plan. So that made up for what my father dislikes having to pay extra $15 dollars each month for the Data plan (unlimited plan is $30 each month). Anyway He will not be interesting in LTE at least this two next year, So have to pay extra for a 4g LTE phone will be not a must for him, so the DroidX is fine for now.

Droid X, eh? Alright. Seems pretty much identical to the EVO lol. A fine choice. Software isn't quite as pretty and smooth as Sense, but we can't have it all can we? Go with the plan that saves you money!

(I'm glad to finally have a bit of rep in these forums lol. I try so hard... )

Thanks, mate. Thanks again to all of you.

Looks like it's last call at the touch diamond party. Order a nice spiked eggnog, go home, and brush up on your android
O.a.T. left us with quite the ROM anyway. 3.5 days of battery with moderate use and I am spoiled!

Exclamation Volume button/talk key bug!

No 23541, 21xxx only. Sorry.

Has anyone had a bug while in a phone call that causes the volume rocker to act like the "talk" key? I keep hanging up on people! Please help.

Never experienced this and never heard anyone else having this problem. Big WAG, but am guessing it is something you installed. Come to think about it, there were some peculiarities with the beta CHT2.0 and the Diamond hardware buttons that Sabroso observed. Maybe a lead for you?
