as to the xip, I found some tools tend to fail at times and I believe that was his issue.
depending on what he had for a base rom, it could have been crashing.
personally I havent been able to make roms with PRB or anything based on it, however I do just fine with buildOS or packagetools/buildOS

I might be missing something but why cant i find the download link for Elite 2.5 if it matters i have a diamond on verizon

Try post #1. Also, I only created a Sprint version. I know the Verizon Diamond is a bit crippled and I'm not even sure if it takes the same kind of ROMs. If it does, it won't hurt anything, you'll just have to change the connection names, EvDo settings, and MMS Settings.

Couldn't tell you. Before you flash, could you check with someone on here to see if the Verizon Diamond takes the same kind of ROMs. From what I remember, there was slightly different hardware.

THAT was NRG as in Energy Roms. easily one of the best reviewed roms out there.

that said he was definitely razzing you.
