Sorry for the lack of updates, I've been out of town. The new SYS builds don't really have any improvements over 23563, so I'm waiting for something interesting before updating.

clearROM 1.7 Full and Light have been uploaded!

This is primarily a cosmetic update.

What has changed since 1.6:

Added - Custom Blue Mail email notification orb & Calendar Accents
Added - Bing (has turn-by-turn navigation!) [Full only]
Added - Kinetic scrolling in Start Menu from WM6.5
Changed - Start Menu Icons (thanks lechux)

I did not update the SYS as I have found no advantage in speed or features in 23566/8/9 versus 23563. Additionally, 23569 gave me some random problems with SOD that I did not experience with 23563, so no reason to 'fix' something that isn't broken.

Sure, just finished uploading them to Multiupload, which mirrors the file to rapidshare, megaupload, depositfiles, hotfile, zshare, badongo, and uploading!

I have this happen to me randomly...with various ROMS. Don't know if it's our phones or the ROMS themselves. But usually happens when it's on the Messaging Screen Tab

I've had pretty good luck with the last two builds not suffering from the sleep of death (as it's called). Honestly I'm not sure what causes it, whether it is the ROM, the phone, or a combination of both. I've had no luck in narrowing it down, and as AcuraTLSFan said, I personally have experienced the issue on multiple ROMs from other chefs as well.

So this is easily the most reliable, fastest rom I have used yet for daily function, however I have hit some major instability issues when it comes to GPS related use.

It seems like the GPS is not accurate, and sometimes completely unreliable. Further, the phone resets a lot when trying to use various GPS enabled programs.

If anyone here does geocaching here, what program are you successfully using? I use GCzII to find the cache, but I don't have any reliable program for entering in coordinates for multi-caches.

Also, is there a way to enable satellite imagery on this version of google maps?
