Is the my location supposed to be working with the new package from 2/8. on android. Never seems to be available when i try it. Is there any android package where it was working?

To my knowledge GPS has never worked on android yet.. hopefully soon!

gps no..but my location was working in previous versions. i know prior to the 2.8 release, google maps would find my location accurately.. don't know what happened with the new releases?

This is weird. When data is enabled, I can receive calls, but when It's on, people get busy tones when they call me (android)

if in the past you locate urself in latitude and dont update ur location now then ud be in that same spot until you relocate it again.. u were prolly just seeing ur previous location in stand still.. if gps isnt working in android then i doubt google maps was finding ur location previously... the location locally relocates the locals locally location logical lambchops, sorry got carried away

Lol, I can confirm though that GM was finding location based on cell tower triangulation (gps was off) a couple builds ago. Something in the newer GM releases is breaking it. It's no longer working in my ROMs either.

Nobody doesnt have any comments or questions? I have over 200 dl in 3 days on my updated ROMs and there isnt one comment since ive updated! Cmon peps

I've downloaded the latest Android build about two days ago. I have a few random reboots but I think it's ironed itself out. I turned it on and left it charging over night and as of right now it did not reboot. I actually tried some apps today, the Market and it seems pretty good!

I did the data fix and the mic trick and that got them working. I cannot get G Maps to pull my location, but it seems it's that way for most. Only issue now is I cannot get it to sync with Google to pull my contacts, it says there is a temporary problem but it never goes away! I think a clean start when an update comes out should fix that. Hopefully an update comes out to fix the 'double tap' issue going on with the screen.
