Sprint Expansion

I am strongly considering switching Cellular Providers. I am currently with Sprint, and my reception is decent around town (NO EVDO only 1X) and in my apartment I have to use the Airave. US Cellular and Verizon are the top providers with FULL EVDO in my entire area, even my apartment. I understand Sprint is hurting right now, but does anyone have any inside information if they are planning on doing any major expanding?

Re: Sprint Expansion

I base my cellular carrier strictly on one point. What is going to work where I am and where I usually go! I have nothing against Sprint, or T-Mobile etc., and would consider them if they meet that criteria. In my case they don't so I moved to Verizon. Here, where I am, Verizon has great coverage. You should do the same, what is going to work for you where you live and where you most often go.

Trying to figure out when someone is going to expand service in your area, from personal experience, I've found to be a useless venture.

Re: Sprint Expansion

That is a great rule.

It's a little harder for me though, since where I work is wired for Verizon only.

But I find that in my house, in the places I frequent, that Sprint is best.

Re: Sprint Expansion

How bad is it at your apartment with an Airwave?
