Pissed off at Sprint..
I have a corporate account with sprint and I'm a premier member.
Now one of my corporate benefit is that I don't get charged any activation fee what so ever. Now Sprint is charging me one for some odd reason even when it was done to my primary line. (which premier covers without the corporate account)
What the hell? right?
no, it gets better.
I was chatting with the customer service rep today to reverse the charge that shouldn't have been charged and he says that he can't and he'll have to give to his supervisor which will take 3 days. Never had this issue before and I'm sure they will never do anything about it.
I guess after three days (to give them ample time to even look at my file, I'll contact them and raise hell)
