International Text Charges

Okay recently after flashing the ROM on my Touch Pro to the Reflectionist 23414 ROM I started getting International Text Message charges from Sprint even though I'm still in the the USA. I asked Sprint and they don't know why this is happening, any ideas. Just to test a theory I flashed back to Psyki 4 - Custom Glass Manila 2.1 (23017.5.3.0) ROM to see if the charges still appeared and they did. Once I flashed to the standard Sprint ROM they stopped.

I love the ROM's here and I hate the stock roms any one have an idea as to why this is happening and how I can stop it? I just can't pay $.20 per message to Sprint when I'm in Virginia and have the unlimited texting plan. Thanks.
