Re: WTF Sprint?!?
So people can feel free to flame, and my complaint is not one that I think I am entitled to a discount, or a reduced price, my major complaint is one that I have read on here over and over, and that is the complete lack of customer service that sprint provides, and the complete disconnect between departments.

Re: WTF Sprint?!?
Yes. Sprint does have a excommunication problem within departments. Its a known fact. Best thing to do is contact retentions and be serious about canceling your service.

Re: WTF Sprint?!?
If you want a refurbished replacement for your Touch Pro keyboard problem you can do it yourself.
Go here http://www.nextel.com/en/services/service_repair/self_service_solutions.shtml Read and accept the terms, press next, and just follow the prompts. hint: a zipcode near the Canadian border usually work, otherwise it kicks you out and provides an address to your nearest Sprint store, kinda funny actually. You already went to the store already and faced difficulties in the store. That's why you are going around the 'middle man'. Sprint will charge you if nothing is wrong with the phone you send back, if has physical damage, or you don't send them anything (phone). Must have $7 coverage too obviously. The quicker you submit the form the better, it will go in for tomorrow, and should get your replacement Tuesday/Wednesday. thanks button is below
