i had that happen to me. don't know if you're even-twmpered, if you are, take it back to the same store. also call *2 and tell them and give the store location and or name of the tech.

I am to a point...putting my mother in tears doesn't do you any good if you want me to be mild-mannered though.

I would take it back to the store and ask to talk with the store manager. Call first and find out when he/she will be there and ask to make an appointment with the manager.

I think I'll give the *2 route a go first. You'll be hard pressed to get her to walk back into that store anytime soon!

I would feel bad for anyone that tried to do that to my mom..... she has a mean streak when pushed. Especially when it comes to someone not giving her the service she paid for.
Get the tech's name, file a complaint with sprint corporate, and file your complain with the manager.

Well...
Called *2 and pleaded my case. Didn't yell, didn't talk down to anyone, and didn't lose my cool. They are sending me a new phone. Rule #1 of Customer Service: Speak firmly but politely! Yell, and you get nothing! |

Not for nothing. But I had to take my TP in for overheating/charging issue, the repair guy took it apart, said "Yep, its broke!" and put it back together. Ok, no problem. They have to send me a refurb (bleech). The guy told me everything will be ok and I will see him again next week. I walk out. Have to race back to work. I try to make a quick call, and my phone is totally broken. I call from a landline, they tell me that is impossible. So, then I call a corporate owned store. I need a phone today. Well for $300, I can have a new working phone today. Cant do that. So, I told them I would call and cancel my account. I call to do that and they tell me to cancel my account it is $330. But, I can have a new phone for $300. So, please...Sell me the honey, so I can attract the flies, that you all did... But I promise, I haven't raised my voice yet!

Do you have TEP? Also, how long have you been a customer?
