Sprint out of Mogul?

I called today to get my Mogul fixed after having an issue where the phone constantly reset...With in the first two minutes I was informed that i would be receiving an HTC Touch Pro monday...but heres the catch... no battery comes with it? Kind of odd but they ran out of Touch Pro batteries...

Also when i tried the online advanced replacement it informed me i would be receiving a 6800...So it might pay to call (1-800-SPRINT1), thats the number i used and I thought this might be a chance for people who are having issues with their mogul to give it a shot.
