I just got my two moguls swapped out for two Touch Pros free of charge. They even sent me a free return kit to return the phones.

I had to go through hell with Sprint Telephone reps until I finally gave up and used the Online Chat on the Sprint.com site and the chat reps are so much better. They had my order processed and shipped to me and the new touch pros came the next day at my doorstep!

The Touch Pros are superior to the Mogul in every way and I'm very happy that Sprint finally did the right thing and switched out my two POS Moguls for Two BNIB Touch Pros.
