Sprint TEP question

I have a question about the Sprint TEP program. I have had my current phone replaced because of a malfunction with it. At the time I didn't understand the TEP program so I called asurion and paid the $50 for a refurb instead of taking it into a sprint center for repair or replacement. Now this phone is experiencing the same malfunction. I have still been paying for the TEP. My question is will sprint honor the TEP on an asurion replaced phone?

go to a sprint TECH CENTER, not a retail store. inquire about an advanced exchange. and cause a big fuss cuz u went through asurion and phone still not working. if u need more info, jus PM me

I actually spoke on the phone and they are going to replace my 6700 with a mogul. That is great for me as I have been wanting to get a mogul. I am going to skip the touch phones until the second generation ones are out.
